href=\"http:\/\/mithrapack.com.tr\/\"><b>www.<\/b><b>mithrapack.<\/b><b>com.tr<\/b><\/a> internet sitesinde [<b>Site<\/b>] Mithrapack Ambalaj \u0130hracat \u0130thalat Limited \u015eirketi [<b>Mithrapack<\/b>] taraf\u0131ndan sunulan hizmetlerin \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 ve ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenlemektedir. Siteye ili\u015fkin t\u00fcm politika ve kurallar, bu <b>S\u00f6zle\u015fme<\/b>\u2019nin ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olup, i\u015fbu <b>S\u00f6zle\u015fme<\/b>&#8216;nin eki say\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>Madde 2 \u2013 T<\/strong><strong>ARAFLAR<\/strong><\/p><p><b>A)<\/b> \u0130stanbul Ticaret Sicili nezdinde ***** sicil numaras\u0131 ile kay\u0131tl\u0131, merkezi ORHAN GAZ\u0130 MAH. 1646. SK. 3 ETAP K\u0130PTA\u015e BA\u015eAK KONUTLARI C10 BLOK 7\/29 3 ESENYURT \/ \u0130STANBUL adresinde bulunan <b>Mithrapack<\/b><\/p><p><b>B)<\/b> <a href=\"http:\/\/mithrapack.com.tr\/\"><b>www.<\/b><b>mithrapack.com.tr<\/b><\/a>\u00a0internet sitesine \u00fcye olan ya da \u00fcye olmaks\u0131z\u0131n <b>Site<\/b>\u2019yi kullanan ger\u00e7ek ya da t\u00fczel ki\u015fi [<b>\u00dc<\/b><b>ye<\/b>].<\/p><p><strong>Madde 3 \u2013 <\/strong><strong>S\u00d6ZLE\u015eMEN\u0130N KONUSU<\/strong><\/p><p>\u0130\u015fbu S\u00f6zle\u015fme, <b>Mithrapack<\/b>\u2019a ait <b>Site<\/b>&#8216;den <b>\u00dcye<\/b>\u2019nin faydalanma \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek amac\u0131yla d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p><p><strong>Madde 4 \u2013 <\/strong><strong>TARAFLARIN HAK VE Y\u00dcK\u00dcML\u00dcL\u00dcKLER\u0130<\/strong><\/p><p><b>4.1. \u00dcye<\/b>, <b>Site<\/b>&#8216;yi kullan\u0131rken t\u00fcm yasal d\u00fczenlemelere uygun hareket edece\u011fini, <b>Site<\/b>&#8216;de genel ahlaka ayk\u0131r\u0131 veya kamu d\u00fczenini bozacak \u015fekilde davranmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n fikri ve s\u0131nai haklar\u0131na tecav\u00fcz etmeyece\u011fini, di\u011fer kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n hizmetleri kullanmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemeyecek veya zorla\u015ft\u0131rmayacak \u015fekilde hareket edece\u011fini kabul eder.<\/p><p><b>4.2.<\/b> <b>\u00dcye<\/b>, kendisine verilmi\u015f olan veya kendisi taraf\u0131ndan olu\u015fturulmu\u015f olan \u015fifreyi yaln\u0131zca kendisi kullanabilir ve ba\u015fkalar\u0131na vermemeyi taahh\u00fct eder.<\/p><p><b>4.3.<\/b> <b>\u00dcye<\/b>, <b>Site<\/b>&#8216;ye \u00fcye olurken verdi\u011fi ki\u015fisel ve di\u011fer bilgilerin do\u011fru oldu\u011funu beyan ve taahh\u00fct eder.<\/p><p><b>4.<\/b><b>4<\/b><b>.<\/b> <b>\u00dcye<\/b>, <b>Site<\/b>&#8216;deki di\u011fer kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n verilerine izinsiz eri\u015fim sa\u011flamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kabul eder.<\/p><p><b>4.<\/b><b>5<\/b>. \u0130\u015fbu <b>S\u00f6zle\u015fme<\/b>\u2019nin ihlali durumunda, ihlalin yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 hukuki ve cezai sorumluluk tamamen <b>\u00dcye<\/b>\u2019ye ait olup, <b>Mithrapack<\/b>&#8216;\u0131 bu sorumluluklardan ari tutacakt\u0131r. <b>Mithrapack<\/b>\u2019\u0131n zarara u\u011framas\u0131 durumunda tazminat talep etme hakk\u0131 sakl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p><b>4.<\/b><b>6<\/b><b>.<\/b> <b>Mithrapack<\/b>, <b>\u00dcye<\/b>\u2019nin \u00fcyeli\u011fini tek tarafl\u0131 olarak sonland\u0131rma ve ilgili verileri silme hakk\u0131na sahiptir. B\u00f6yle bir durumda <b>Mithrapack<\/b>\u2019\u0131n herhangi bir sorumlulu\u011fu bulunmamaktad\u0131r.<br \/><b>4.<\/b><b>7<\/b><b>.<\/b> <b>Site<\/b>\u2019nin yaz\u0131l\u0131m geli\u015ftirme ve tasar\u0131m\u0131 <b>Mithrapack<\/b>\u2019a ait olup, t\u00fcm fikri ve s\u0131nai haklar kanunlarla korunmaktad\u0131r. <b>\u00dcye<\/b>, bu haklar\u0131 ihlal edemez, kullanamaz veya de\u011fi\u015ftiremez.<\/p><p><b>4.<\/b><b>8<\/b><b>.<\/b> <b>Mithrapack<\/b>, <b>\u00dcye<\/b>\u2019nin <b>Site<\/b>&#8216;deki faaliyetlerine ili\u015fkin log kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 kanuni y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler do\u011frultusunda izleme ve kaydetme hakk\u0131na sahiptir.<\/p><p><b>4.<\/b><b>9<\/b><b>.<\/b> <b>Mithrapack<\/b>, <b>\u00dcye<\/b>\u2019nin ki\u015fisel verilerini 6698 say\u0131l\u0131 <b>Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanunu<\/b>&#8216;na uygun olarak i\u015flemektedir. Gizlilik politikas\u0131na, <b>Gizlilik Politikas\u0131<\/b> sayfas\u0131 \u00fczerinden eri\u015filebilir.<\/p><p><b>4.1<\/b><b>0<\/b><b>. <\/b><b>Mihtrapack<\/b>, g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemleri alm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, <b>\u00dcye<\/b>&#8216;nin yaz\u0131l\u0131m g\u00fcvenli\u011finden sorumlu oldu\u011funu ve vir\u00fcs koruma sistemini kendisinin sa\u011flamak zorunda oldu\u011funu kabul eder. Aksi durumda olu\u015fabilecek zararlardan <b>Mithrapack<\/b> sorumlu de\u011fildir.<\/p><p><b>4.<\/b><b>11<\/b><b>.<\/b> <b>Mithrapack<\/b>, <b>\u00dcye<\/b>\u2019nin ki\u015fisel verilerinin yetkisiz ki\u015filerce eri\u015filmesinden ve yaz\u0131l\u0131m \/ veri zararlar\u0131ndan sorumlu de\u011fildir. <b>\u00dcye<\/b>, <b>Site<\/b> kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan kaynaklanabilecek herhangi bir zarardan dolay\u0131 <b>Mithrapack<\/b>\u2019tan tazminat talep etmeyece\u011fini kabul eder.<\/p><p><b>4.12. <\/b><b>Mithrapack<\/b>, <b>Site<\/b>\u2019nin i\u00e7eri\u011fini de\u011fi\u015ftirme, hizmetleri sona erdirme veya kullan\u0131c\u0131 bilgilerini silme hakk\u0131n\u0131 sakl\u0131 tutar.<\/p><p><b>4.13.<\/b> <b>Mithrapack<\/b>, \u00fcyelik s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 herhangi bir bildirimde bulunmaks\u0131z\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirme veya iptal etme hakk\u0131na sahiptir.<\/p><p><b>4.14.<\/b> Taraflar, <b>Mithrapack<\/b>\u2019\u0131n yasal defter ve bilgisayar kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n tek ve ger\u00e7ek delil olarak kabul edilece\u011fini ve bu kay\u0131tlar\u0131n 6100 say\u0131l\u0131 Hukuk Muhakemeleri Kanunu\u2019nun 193. maddesi uyar\u0131nca ge\u00e7erli delil te\u015fkil etti\u011fini kabul ederler.<\/p><p><strong>Madde 5 \u2013 <\/strong><strong>F\u0130KR\u0130 M\u00dcLK\u0130YET<\/strong><\/p><p><b>Site<\/b>\u2019deki t\u00fcm i\u00e7erik, logo, tasar\u0131m ve metin ile birlikte HTML, CSS, JS ve PHP kodlar\u0131 ve ayr\u0131ca end\u00fcstriyel tasar\u0131mlar da dahil olmak \u00fczere, <b>Mithrapack<\/b>\u2019a ait fikri ve s\u0131nai m\u00fclkiyet haklar\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. <b>\u00dcye<\/b>, <b>Mithrapack<\/b>\u2019a ait bu haklar\u0131 kullanamaz, \u00e7o\u011faltamaz, da\u011f\u0131tamaz veya de\u011fi\u015ftiremez.<\/p><p><strong>Madde 6 \u2013 <\/strong><strong>FES\u0130H<\/strong><\/p><p><b>\u00dcye<\/b>, \u00fcyeli\u011fini iptal etmedi\u011fi s\u00fcrece bu <b>S\u00f6zle\u015fme<\/b> ge\u00e7erli olacakt\u0131r. <b>\u00dcye<\/b>, i\u015fbu <b>S\u00f6zle\u015fme<\/b> h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini ihlal ederse, <b>Mithrapack<\/b> tek tarafl\u0131 olarak s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi feshetme hakk\u0131na sahip olup, herhangi bir tazminat \u00f6deme y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bulunmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>Madde 7 \u2013 <\/strong><strong>\u0130HT\u0130LAFLARIN HAL\u0130<\/strong><\/p><p>\u0130\u015fbu <b>S\u00f6zle\u015fme<\/b> ile ilgili do\u011fabilecek ihtilaflar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u0130stanbul (K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece) Mahkemeleri ve \u0130cra Daireleri yetkilidir.<\/p><p>\u0130\u015fbu <strong>S\u00f6zle\u015fme<\/strong>&#8216;de, <strong>\u00dcye<\/strong>\u2019nin <strong>Site<\/strong>\u2019yi ziyaret etmesi ve\/veya <strong>Site<\/strong>\u2019de \u00fcyelik olu\u015fturmas\u0131, t\u00fcm maddelerin okunup anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f say\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 ve elektronik ortamda onaylanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girece\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"elementor_header_footer","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-8180","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mithrapack.com.tr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/8180","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mithrapack.com.tr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mithrapack.com.tr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.mithrapack.com.tr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.mithrapack.com.tr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=8180"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/www.mithrapack.com.tr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/8180\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mithrapack.com.tr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=8180"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
